  • LeGeneral crossing the Deleware might be one of the coolest pieces of media the Olympics have ever produced

Embiid getting angry over a flop is rich.

Today was spectacular. In 2012 I was watching the game live when Melo went off for 37. This was a dope game but we can’t get caught up in the moment. Good stuff KD

KD’s performance was the greatest performance in an Olympic half. It was perfection! Literally.

Embiid complaining about flopping. Man, he really makes it hard to not hate him
  • Joel should have been benched from the start after all his smack talk about his US teammates.

1992: The rest of the world had only 5 players totally in the NBA 2024: The rest of the world now has 125 players totally in the NBA Seems like quite a big difference, no disrespect to the Dream Team....

Can you imagine what the world would be like if Giannis were ever put in a competent team?

The only problem I see when starting AD is the chemistry between him and Bam Adebayo may be disrupted a bit, as they complement each other, they make it difficult for the opposing team to score in the paint. But based on the eye test, they should still start AD.

to get an unsportmanslike foul in fiba, it comes down to at least one of four criteria: contact that isn't a legitimate attempt to play the ball within the spirit and intent of the rules, generally excessive hard contact, unnecessary contact by a defender in an effort to stop the progression of the ball before the act of shooting, and contact caused by a defender laterally or behind the player who is progressing towards the basket with no other opponent between them and the basket. just because that one guy from serbia didn't get hit in the face by embiid doesn't mean it's not an unsportmanlike foul under fiba rules.
