KMWP Farms is looking for a successor for their 10 -year -old Lexion 780 Combine, which is why this harvest a Lexion 8900 is on demo to show what he is capable of. Both combines are equipped with 12 meters wide Claas 1230 vario headers, and the first results show that with the new generation 8900 you can harvest in the same conditions about 2 kilometers per hour faster than with the 780, and continue longer in the evenings. In this video there is seed wheat harvest for next years crop.

    I got stuck behind a Lexion the other day on the way home from work. Took up most of the road, and it wasn't that narrow a road. But such is harvest season. I can't really complain, since I work in the industry myself, but I CAN complain about the Audi jammed up my backside as if I could have overtaken the combine.

    Walking backwards near an operating combine gave me chills of uneasiness. Really hate seeing disregard for safety around these technological marvels at work.
