Admit it: we all clicked to see if anyone had the nerve to call The Big Ticket ‘soft’

There should be a doc about the Power Forwards from the early 2000s. That was a special time

Seeing Dirk tall lanky ass running around trying to look stealthy in a army uniform would have me hollering.

NBA PF talent in the early 2000's were something else. TD, KG, Dirk, C Webb, Sheed, Jermaine, McDyess, Pau, Amare etc. Such a great time.

Dirk just said it. KG was just doing his job in the regular season but all smiles at tbe all-star.

Shaq is genuine man he was truly enjoying listening to them Talk and reminiscing! He didn’t say a word ! 👏 gotta love this

Dirk is honestly a super cool and humble dude. I also didn’t realize how many players wanted to play with him back in the day. Like when Shaq mentioned he was trying to get traded to Dallas I was shocked. Pierce also had mentioned he wanted to go to Dallas prior to KG and Ray arriving

Best trash talk against kg on the court would be “hey lemme take you shopping”
  • @ajaxballer3702
Dirk historically dominated KG in their matchups. KG rarely mentions Dirk when he talks about the great big men from his era. Still hating.

That type of humility and lack of self absorption is so admirable.

KG was BBQ bratwurst to Dirk when it counted in the playoffs
  • I member Dirk AND Shaq being invited to a popular german sports program called Sportschau. Dirk was so humble and shy and it felt like he knew he shouldnt be on the air with Shaq at the time bcs he was already a superstar and i thought this kid will disapear in a few month but we as germans had a good time having him in the League after Detlef und now hes one of the greatest in this sport and... thanks dirk! grüße aus der sanderau.

Dirk serving in the Army is crazy. Playing basketball was easy.

These players had some classic playoff battles during those times and the big german was relentless had some moves and earned my respect as a champion 🏆 👍
