What I like about Dominic is he never falters when he plays against the top 3. He always manages to give a great match even at times he doesn't win. Some of the most memorable matches against the top 3 were with Dominic. He always gives Nadal a hard time, he can play against Federer, and he definitely gave one of the best matches ever when he played against Djokovic last year in Nitto.

I think Nadal played really well. But Thiem was the better player, especially in crucial moments.

ABSOLUTELY DESERVED! Thiem killed it. Nadal is a beast and it’s hard to fight him back but Thiem didn’t stop and he kept fighting. What a champ! He was absolutely incredible. A clear winner. Hope he gets into the finals!! Also Nadal had so many issues throughout the match, meanwhile Thiem remained calm - a class act.

Great match. Thiem made me his fan tonight with his guts, tenacity, AMAZING footwork, and power hitting against a man who has been the best in all four of those categories. And this video is of the interview so hat's off to Jim Courier who is so polite and respectful to the players and also insightful AND entertaining. I love his interviews.

Happy to see Thiem win this one... Really thought for a hot minute he would end up choking. So glad I was wrong. I hope Zverev and him keep the same form for the rest of the season. The general level is getting very high :)
