What a horrible accident. It doesn't seem like everyone in the car had their seatbelts on. There is no way the person who ended up on the roof of the house was belted in.

Speed "HAD" to be an issue. I would say "WAS" a major issue. And it would seem seatbelts were not being worn.

You can't charge someone with 'leaving the scene of a crime' if that occupant is thrown from the vehicle. Smh
