Remember when they told us it was safe and effective.
  • Who gets to decide what is misinformation ? The people who told us the laptop was fake ?
  • And who decides what's misinformation? What a frickin joke.
  • So the government just granted itself the power to tell you what is news and what is not news. Does that sound like freedom to you?

Not having standing is not agreeing with Biden. Come on man.

Well some of that misinformation turned out to be true. This is shameful.
  • The 3 Dissenting Justices were 100% right on the $$! The Federal Government has no business telling individuals or a nation what they should believe or disbelieve, PERIOD!

this is sick. SO the government can continue to MIS-inform its public with there version of the truth.

Well the Supreme Court got that wrong... I hate when they randomly default to one side and then the other... just not to appear biased...trust me ...that kind of vacillation is NOT gonna keep the peace

I don't think it's accurate to state that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Biden administration. Rather, they ruled that the plaintiffs didn't have the proper standing to bring this case. Big difference.

The solution for “misinformation” is more information not less.

Who determines what standard is used to classify mis/disinformation as opposed to an opinion/belief, esp since all the things the govt insisted was “misinformation” turned out to be true? Their “misinformation” actually harmed ppl, some with lasting consequences. So a novel idea would be to let the ppl hear facts & info on both sides then let them think for themselves & decide what info they believe is the most accurate.
