24 year old Simon reluctantly admits that his spending is out of control. With a salary of £20,000 but debts of £25,000, something has to change, and soon. To do this, Simon will have to forgo his commitment to attending every Chelsea Football Club match, and will have to cut back on the after match drinks. Jay Hunt and Mark Hopkins use shock tactics to confront Simon with his overspending, but can he commit to going cold turkey for 7 days?

This was not unusual for a mid-20s British football lad in 2006. Really good insight actually. Before social media, nobody is on smart-phones, such a carefree way to live life.
