Sifo Dyas was mentioned in the clone wars series in season 5 and 6 multiple times Edit: Turns out this guy reuploads the a lot of the same old videos , that’s why he didn’t mention that
  • I hope there are some mentions and flashbacks of Sifo Dyas and his interaction with The Kaminoans.

My theory... Syfo Dias was susceptible to force visions as we know, however, his vision of the war was an implanted vision... From Sideuous, who had struck up a secret friendship (as Palpatine) with Syfo. Syfo was encouraged, told by Palpatine that he wished the rest of the council had his foresight.. and Palpatine even suggested making in secret...
  • I like my explanation better. Dooku (tyranus) hired Jango for the clone DNA . Dooku/Sidious posed as Syfo and ordered the Clone Army. all other stories are convoluted and make absolutely no sense. Sidious orchestrated both sides from the start as a means to an end. it wasn't the republic vs the separatists. it was sidious's pawns against his other pawns.

Palpatine's plot is the best in fiction ever. He played both sides like an absolute champion

According to the book "Darth Plaeguis" it was This sith lord who in his capacity as part of the Banking Gild convinces Syfo Dias to create the Clone Army "just in case'. The project was funded by the banking guild. The overthrow of the Republic was not Sidious' Plan, it was The brain Child of Darth Plaeguis. Sidious however killed Plaguis (While he slept after a couple of Drinks) to become the primary Sith Lord. (this occured the day before he took power as the Chencellor

Auctully if you think about it, Sidius is one the most intelligent villains in whole of cinema. His plan was inevitable.
  • @hasher2265
Isn't this all highly complicated. It makes more sense Dooku used a deceased Jedi before defecting to enact his new master's plan and then scrubbed all records of kamino.
  • Also, was it a part of the plan for the Jedi and Republic to learn of the clones by Jango’s dart. Was Sideous ever going to tell them about the clones lmao

Thanks for the content and improved voice delivery too. I'll even subscribe now that your delivery is so much better and your topics are often very interesting.

One detail has always bothered me about this. No one thought that it was a little strange that guy who the clone army was based on was also working for the other side. Not to mention the convenient timing of all of it.

They would execute the jedis without exitation. Rex: FIND HIM, FIND HIM, FIIIIVES
  • @Dave-ct1jk
I always thought Palps had just used Sifo Dias' name when he ordered the clones as kind of a scapegoat
  • How was it that easy to erase the best cloners in the galaxy? Yoda is 900 and never heard of Kamino?
  • Does anyone else think that jango and Grievous would’ve gotten along? I mean both were incredibly skilled Jedi killers and strategists whose armies and old lives were destroyed by the Jedi

  • George Lucas said in the audio commentary of ep III, it was not Sifo Dyas who ordered the clones. It was Dooku. Also, in an early draft of the script for Attack of the Clones, the name of the Jedi Master who ordered the clone army was given as "Sido-Dyas." This was intended to be a less-than-subtle pseudonym for Darth Sidious.

As a kid, it always confused me that a Jedi who played such an important role in the creation of the clone army was basically only mentioned by name in Attack of the Clones. If Sifo Dyas placed the order for the clone army 10 years prior then surely it would have made sense for him to be in Phantom Menace, even if it was just for a brief moment to hint at what was yet to come (Similar to Palpatine's little smirk at Qui Gon's funeral). I know he was mentioned in other places later on but still, i think it would have been cool, instead of leaving 99% of the people watching confused about who the hell he is XD
