Xinjiang China. We had heard about the Uyghur Autonomous Region of Xinjiang in the news and most of what gets reported is usually negative.

We decided to travel to Urumqi in Xinjiang China to see the daily life of the local people especially the Uyghur Muslims with our own eyes. Being foreigners, we were not sure if we would be allowed to enter Xinjiang or not.

Once you understand why some countries cannot find genocide in Gaza, then you immediately understand why they can find genocide in Xinjiang.
  • @lunlunqq
Remember guys, according to the west, this is an open air prison with a genocide going on; while Gaza is just life as usual.

As a girl born and raised in Xinjiang, I was particularly moved by your video. ❤ I am a Han Chinese girl, but throughout my life, I have been surrounded by various ethnic minorities in my learning and growing environment, including Uyghur, Hui, Kazakh, Belarusian, Kyrgyz, etc. I also have great Uyghur friends who are hardworking and diligent, attending top universities in China. We are so confused by the false news portrayed by Western media. Thank you for showing the world the most authentic Urumqi. However, if you come to Xinjiang for travel, I strongly recommend visiting Altay region in winter, where the scenery is breathtaking. Skiing enthusiasts from all over the country come here every year. In summer, you can go to the Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, which boasts the most beautiful grasslands and lakes in China. In autumn, head to Kashgar in southern Xinjiang, where the ethnic atmosphere and local customs are the richest.

I lived in the UK most of my life until 6 years ago when we moved to Hong Kong. I remember the first time I went to mainland China I was so scared because living in the UK you are painted this picture that in China the police follow you around, everyone is depressed, there is no free speech, heavy censorship etc. But when I got there, there was zero restrictions or censorship on my roaming mobile, everyone was lively and just normal, the police were helping old ladies and people with directions... It was normal. But what really changef my perception was what happened in Hong Kong and how the Western media, governments and even online mods on Wikipedia, twisted facts and reality... And also the sheer effect of misinformation. What was being reported was very different to what was reality and it made me so angry that innocent elderly people, women and even children were being racially targeted and assaulted, whilst Congress cheered on and the UK government welcomed the same ringleaders that literally called people to violently attack any Mandarin speaking person on the street, attack businesses, friends, family and neighbours that do not express support their cause. They even murdered an old man, and attempted to murder three other people, put a dozen people in comas. They were plain thugs.

Thank you very much for your objective introduction to Xinjiang. I am a Uyghur from Xinjiang, China, and I am currently studying abroad. Our government has many preferential policies and assistance for our ethnic minorities. All ethnic groups are also very united. There has never been any so-called genocide. I really don't understand why Western countries maliciously slander us. Welcome everyone to see the real situation in Xinjiang.❤

I flew directly from Taiwan to Urumqi to do research back in 2016. Went all along the borders and deep into the desert by camels, horses, cars, and train. Absolutely loved the food, scenery, and people there. It's amusing how the west can't even keep their lies consistent. First, they said there were 2 million slaughtered. Then they changed their script saying people weren't killed but were forced into cotton picking. Now their narrative took a wild turn again, claiming that the local languages and religions are being destroyed. Next they are probably gonna make up a story about the LGBTQ+ community being forcefully deported to grow potatoes on mars.

In 2009, terrorism supported by the United States entered Xinjiang from overseas and attacked civilians in Urumqi, setting fires, smashing, and indiscriminately attacking civilians on the streets. At that time, my classmate's girlfriend was hiding in a clothing store, and I was studying in Beijing at that time. Fortunately, his girlfriend was fine. Now Xinjiang is the safest place in the world, and the West is very angry that their conspiracy did not succeed, so they smear China and smear Xinjiang. Another reason is that the quality of Xinjiang cotton is the best in the world, which is despised by the West and affects the interests of Jewish tycoons. Therefore, the United States uses lies to strangle the economy of Xinjiang people

Once 'Xinjiang' fall !! The 'One Belt One Road' automatically fall too. This is exactly the US Congress man and women planned.

Since my father worked in Xinjiang, I attended elementary school in Urumqi for four years from 2001 to 2004. After that, I went to school in Hunan, where my classmates generally thought that I used to ride a camel to school and lived in the desert.😂😂😂 So, information gaps are common because people don’t really care about things outside their own living area. Thank you for sharing. It brought back memories of my childhood, wandering through snowy mountains, vast deserts, and endless grasslands, as if the scents of those familiar foods and fruits were dancing in the air once more.

    非常棒的視頻!至少沒有CNNBBC的陰間濾鏡😊我們不需要刻意說謊去美化中國的城市,我們只需要把事實展示給世界❤謝謝你們❤❤❤

You will soon be asked a common question: How much money do you receive from the Chinese government?
  • @unnugi
In 15:55, the cameras show up are self checking equipments for parking garage, it just takes picture of your plate for calculating the length of your parking time, not for surveillance. You can see there is a huge capital "P" in that screen

Because of my work, I have come into contact with many entrepreneurs who start businesses in Xinjiang,The Xinjiang they described to me was completely different from the Xinjiang described by Western governments.
