X never crossed over to pop he made the pop fans come to him and that's pretty rare. That reason alone is why DMX is one of the GOATS

“I’m slipping I’m falling I can’t get up get me back on my feet so I can tear this sh*t up” — DMX

That man was hurting bro he cried alot throughout his career no pride just honest expression from the pain he felt smh
  • @honeypott01
I almost cried when he said he didn't know if he created these spirits, if God gave them to him, or if they were born through his circumstances.
  • Man, I don’t know if people understand how BIG DMX was. I mean, he was bigger than your favorite rappers favorite rapper. Possibly the biggest name in music between 1998-2000. And has classic after classic after classic. The man put out nothing but hits for like 5 years. Let this man have his roses!

This is why I always root fo DMX, he's that hard man on the exterior but not afraid to show his emotions.
  • There will never ever be a person like this man ever again. I do not think people will ever understand the power and passion behind this movement you just had to be there

He was a man that wasn't ashamed of his circumstances or ashamed to cry in public. His ENERGY spoke 4 him.🙌🏿 He was DMX!🙌🏿 RIP LEGEND!😭🙏🏿

No one will ever understand the pain of man who grew up without the love of his mother.
  • @ElleBoogie_
The most talented people in the world carry the most pain and trauma. I pray he finds peace because he deserves it. 🙏🏿
  • I meet Jadakiss & DMX one day and DMX was humble & jada & I talked each other’s ears off while X just stood there and listened to ever word we were saying - they both dapped me up with a pound/hug and just keep walking down NYC street like average people 💯
  • @calhounsydney
Whenever I listen to famous people talk/tell stories it’s always hard to believe everything I here but when dmx is talking I can feel in my heart that everything that man is saying is the truth and honestly it’s one of the most refreshing feelings

All this time I thought DMX was part owner of Ruff Ryders! He def made the brand!!
  • @KD_SWAGGER
DMX has made timeless music. A true legend in music not just Hip Hop.
  • He was a troubled soul like most of us and thats why we identify with him and his music so much. RIP
  • Earl knew that those personas stemmed from his deepest childhood trauma, and it made him cry speaking about it. Bc those memories crept up back up. He had anger and resentment, that he could not simply get rid of. Thank God for hip hop, thank God for DMX💕
  • GTFOH Nobody would know who Ruff Ryders was until X yelled it on a track. They absolutely should have given him... wait he earned his percentage of the company. He battled, topped charts, introduced new artists on his albums and videos. X was the grassroots Golden boy of RR.
  • @koreysylver9276
X is a lot of different things, but one thing you can never say is he is fake. Right or wrong, rapping or robbing, sober or f’d up, it’s all X. Just different sides
  • @jeyDsixx18
Damn that hit a lil different when she said X was created to protect earl...
