we've done this full health with bennett, klee, amber and yanfei already. Can also use beidou, fischl and other electro character in the water area for electrocharge battles.

Mihoyo should just make an event like that that has nothing to do with stats, just technique like that and make like a closed ring in multiple maps that lets u do pvp that way

You can do it with an electro bow char on oceanid platform too for electro charge or kaeya bridge and amber fire arrow on the water
