I have so much respect to parents who decide to end the cycle of abuse. My dad did, and I’m so immensely proud to be his daughter, I brag about him to everyone. I love how there's a meta sub-narrative here about the channels too. "The passing of the torch and knowledge", "making him into a real boy", "the fears of parenting", "in order to move on he has to bury the puppets of his past ", etc... It doesn't take much theorizing to see that Matt is trying to ease the fears of this huge transition for us. I've noticed a similar narrative in the last string of theories across the channels. And all of these final theories have most definitely been chosen for a reason, (I'm sure there'll be a few in there he wants to do just simply because HE has always wanted to (I'm REALLY excited for these btw) and I feel as his magnum opus there's a greater underlying story to these final 10. Keep both sets of eyes open and every fold in your gray matter sharp boys and girls cause he's leaving us with a super heart-felt and touching final message hidden in the cracks of these final few. I swear, he's a true thinker on every level. Gonna miss you so much MatPat! Much love and respect brother.

It’s kind of a shame the creator was so hostile towards the whole series. Really shows how much MatPat loves what he does when he gives light to something even when the creators deserve really deserve it.

the actual first video I saw from the theorists was the first salad fingers theory, and I was immediately hooked! it was so hard to have to wait a week for the second one, so in that time I found game theorists and I started watching all of the old theories, with that edgy humor and crude editing.
