I had this on While cooking and after the people’s #50 finishes I hear next “hey, this is Ryan Reynolds” I was like “whoa! Didn’t know Tom knew him or that he was a gamer.” Then I saw that it was a mint mobile commercial.

When Douglas Adams was asked why he chose the number 42, he explained that it was an innocuous number, one that was not weird or disturbing, one that you would not worry about 'taking home to meet your parents'. if you don't understand the subliminal message, read the book. Or listen to it. Stephen Fry does a great job on the audio.

That Meadow Downstream expansion literally doubled by enjoyment of the game. Really brought the theme to life for me.

Yamatai is one of my favorite games, and might be my favorite game. Glad to see Zee still championing this game. Too bad it didn’t get more love because I know that Cathala had ideas for expansions, which I would’ve loved to see.

Yamatai is fantastic - glad to see it sticking on Zee's list. I played it again a couple weeks ago and it's still great.

You should do a video on the impact of BGA on boardgames sales. Like Obsession. Wonder if it became popular as many like me learned about it on BGA. Many of the games I have bought are games I first tried on BGA.

Aquatica is reportedly getting a second expansion this year (called Coral Reefs), so I'd guess the core game will be more readily available again sometime this year as well.

Obsession is such a fantastic game. One of my favorites and certainly top 50.

I'd love to play and rave about Yanatai, but they only had one print run and now its impossible to get ahold of unless you know Kenny.

Though I have played any games on Tom , they're all so interesting and such a variety I would the 10 on Tom list as the winner for this video.

The Spanish, French, Italian, and German editions of Obsession just came out in 2023. So, it make sense it went up. More people playing it.
