Ingredients:
Cake batter: ( i only used half of the batter because i used half of it in making my strawberry short cake)
For the vanilla cake:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can condensed milk
For Icing:
2 cups pre-sifted powdered sugar
Food coloring (red or pink)
5 tbsp. Heavy whipping cream (add more if needed)
For drizzling :
Chocolate bar
White chocolate bar
Drizzling For leftover brownies:
White chocolate andfood coloring
