In the wake of 1 ½ years of interest rate increases, the Federal Reserve began raising rates in March of 2022 and continued through the end of July 2023. Now, with markets facing some moderate decreases in finance costs, what happens to real estate? Will new housing starts shoot up again or remain at historical average levels? what's the forecast on antisemitism on campus by staff, faculty and students? Will UCLA be refunding all tuition from Jewish students and returning all donations from jewish alumni and donors? What is that financial impact?
