"Studies can be paid and bought" Thank you for saying this. As a scientist myself, I've seen a lot about this exact statement.❌Olaplex 3 is the only thing I need.

I would like to also note, having overall good health can affect your hair growth as well. I recently had a messed up sleep schedule, along with higher amounts of stress and not the best eating habits. I had started growing my hair out and it was about to reach shoulder length, but after my bad habits accumulated, my hair stopped growing and I had more hair falling out and it became a hassle to deal with. Shortly after readdressing my sleep, being consistent and eating a whole food diet high in nutrition that will give the proper nutrients for my hair inside out, I was able to then restabilize the health of my hair as well and increase hair growth.

Chris, after a lifetime of hating my unmanageable hair, I’ve been watching your channel and following your advice for a few months, and I now love my hair. I no longer rely on luck or “good hair days.” I can make my hair look great anytime I want. It looks clean, soft, and natural. It smells good too. And it doesn’t even take much time or effort. My hair used to get damaged so easily by heat styling, and I am amazed that my hair is not becoming damaged by what I’m doing now. Trying expensive hair care products has always been a gamble. I was tired of buying $30 products that don’t work. Such a waste of time and money. Everything you recommend actually works. And your techniques work too. Thank you for the honest and effective advice. I hope you are making boat loads of cash from YouTube, because you deserve it!

Olapex 3 repair routine * Wet your hair * apply olapex 3 (keep it onnfor at least 10mins) * rinse & shampoo as you normally do * use hair mask instead of conditioner To boost up the hair moisture * use leave in conditioner * use the right shampoo that allows your hair to be unwashed upto 3 days.

I've been doing this consistently for 3 months and I've seen significant hair retention for the first time in my life. Thank you so much for a routine that actually works.

Retired cosmetologist here. I use to sell a ton of CAT -redken back in the day, Olaplex is amazing and I wish I had it in my career. My daughter’s hair use to always brake mid-length, a friend still in the business introduced me to Olaplex. We started with the leave-in conditioner and it added lots of length to her hair. She uses the leave-in with every shampoo and #3 every 2 weeks. Her hair is now to her butt!! Also switching to a comb on wet hair and not a brush helps with the breaking. So many people rip their hair to shreds with a brush. Also #2 😂 comb your hair with conditioner on it in the shower. It’s so nice to see a salon that educates and not just thinking about $$. Thanks for teaching an old dog new tricks. 😂

This dude's advice saved my virgin hair. For me, I was missing a leave-in treatment/conditioner in my routine. Literally a game-changer. Goodbye dry and split ends. No bullshit, no fancy expensive products. It's actually so simple. Thank you, Chris!:thanksdoc:

This character in the wig just gives me the giggles every time 😂😂

TL;DW Weekly Routine: - wet hair -apply and leave in olaplex #3 product for 10 min (look up olaplex 3) -rinse and shampoo -use hair mask in place of normal conditioner. Repeat weekly, OR 5 DAYS. Don't use a lot of products, but use a lot of leave in conditioner for the inside of your hair, not just the outside. Cleanse hair completely, but don't wash often. Washing hair completely is good, but washing often is completely awful. Use hair oil for your ends. Ta-da!
  • @lison973
Olaplex is the truth. My longest hair was tailbone bone length using Olaplex 3. I cut it recently to even out my hair because I had many different lengths due to mechanical damage . My hair is 4a/4b I’m AA. I wash weekly and use the revair to dry. Give this guy a raise.
  • @christy3430
Olaplex 3 made a huge difference in my hair right away. Thank you for making this process so simple and uncomplicated.
  • I just had my hair touched up yesterday, and my stylist was so pleased with the health of my hair. I’ve been seeing the same stylist for almost 2 years now, and really started to take my hair care seriously when I met her. Since investing in my hair, I have noticed a HUGE improvement! The strength of my hair is the most noticeable! I have added (per your recommendation) Olaplex 3, Pureology Leave in Conditioner, and the Redken Cleansing Cream. Just continuing to keep my hair healthy. Thank you for the suggestions!

What I love most abt your videos is I don’t feel like you’re just trying to sell me something. I feel like you’re actually trying to help ppl have the best hair they can.
  • @aysha8580
I'm so glad I discovered this channel! Your haircare routine has helped me grow my hair past my waist. I finally understand my hair. I hope you always thrive!
  • I'm from Colombia and I was just passing by to thank you for your advice I watched many of your videos and the truth is that you made a before and after in my hair, thank you!
  • @missg4238
Retention - that is the key word in the hair growth game. Second key word is 'consistency.' If you can consistently carry out good hair practices that compliments your hair type, you will retain your hair growth. Just to add to what Chris said I also use a protein reconstructor to further strengthen my hair, not everyone will need that though.
  • chris since november, your videos have changed my hair life COMPLETELY. wish i could’ve known this information years ago. would like to see more demos from the salon! you’re AWESOME
  • @tbjwmd
