This video was a labour of love, just like our farm has been. We have worked so hard to take our abandoned farm in Northern Portugal from derelict and overgrown, to a thriving homestead, and in this timelapse video we show you every step. We've been here nine months now, and we're finally at the stage where we feel like we have control of the space and can really start getting going with the growing! So, why not subscribe and join us for the journey!

I wouldn't think that it was possible to fall in love with a family just by watching videos but today's post has brought happy tears to my eyes. I really envy your lifestyle. I think that the best part has been watching our little man growing. He is such a happy little boy. You are both leading by example and teaching the boys that you can achieve anything if you work hard enough. Lots of love from Pam.
  • Wow 9 months already it was your biggest "New Baby" that you inherited from Portugal. Thank-you for more of your "criadura" did not know all the details. Always a JOY every Sunday to see you all. Peel back the years love that expression I would add to it and eating the fruits of our labours the years to come. Just lovely, keep the good work and creating new memories and more friendship such as Super Mario😂😂😂. Cheers to you all. Thank-you again Tara, John, Crusoe (love to see him with his little diggers), Sawyer getting bigger each Sunday. Hugs and kisses to you all.🏡🇵🇹🥰🥰🥰🥰💖🌺🦋🙏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 Still amazed at all your hard work, John's craftsmanship, your culinary talent Tara, prune marmelade would be great also.

As a Portuguese living in the UK over the last 10 years it is so nice to see someone do the opposite journey and starting a life in my home country. To see the progress and what you guys have achieved in the last 9 months is astonishing and I am so incredibly happy for you guys. You are such a beautiful family!!! To also risk, buy/restore something that as been neglected for so many years makes it so much more genuine and rewarding than simply buy new and move in - Your dedication, skills, sweat & hard work is paying off immensely and I cannot wait to see future updates on your new projects. Thank you for sharing the experience with us :) A word of praise to the local community that received you so well and helped you guys is any way so far, we truly are hospitable people and always eager to help whoever is in need. Wishing you all the best of luck and happiness in your new gem! xD P.S. - Subbed & like
