the puff sleeve is not for everyone, if you have good shoulders in a strapless dress the puffy sleeve is NOT for you, if you are very narrow in the shoulders then YES. Ballet flats are good for ALL!

Sorry, Gym - or Sportdresses are for the Gym and not for the street. It is a typical american trend wearing Gym or Sportdresses on the street. Also capris seem loved by american women, and in Europe by some older women. But capris not very suitable for the most of women, because most of women don't have the body of Audrey Hepburn.
