I am tired of being weak and being addicted to cheap dopamine. I will Achieve my goals and become better emotionally, physically and mentally. We can all do it brothers!! don't let others stop you since they are just passing their limitations to you, remember just because they couldn't do it doesn't mean that you can't do it.

Man, never stop making these videos! They're list! I can resonate so much. I feel like I've hit a plateau... a high fkn plateau. And now it's time to rise to the next level. My Goal is to Launch a course to help people get into FLOW and free themselves from distractions. By doing this I will find the OTHER champions and together create a strong community to slay and play together. And be a force for good to inspire and lift up those around us. Every day I WILL: 1. Do 6 deep work blocks daily (9 hours of flow work, like clock-work) 2. Sleep 8-9 hours 3. Do a workout where my muscle and lungs hate me 4. Post on social media... 60 content pieces per week 5. Take 10-30 min between work blocks to recharge my energy & mind intentinoally (no screens) : breath, naps, walks, meditation, staring at the wall. Let's fkn go! Through smart flow work we grow!

A letter to my future self, Today, right now, I made the ultimate choice to become better. I promise to stick to this dream of pursuing and breaking the barrier between today and tomorrow. Right here, right now, I will pursue to find who I really am inside, what I really am, and what I actually desire in life. I will sacrifice my life today, for your own life tomorrow. Do not forget what I have sacrificed for you, keep on going. Right now, I’m just a 13 year old junior high student. I just came out of recognition with honors. I’ve been rejected 2 times by now and I still have the temptations to do what I would regret later on in life. I still regret some of the mistakes I’ve caused back then when I was younger. There are times when I look at other people and think that I am better than them. I’m a loudmouth who loves to show off sometimes to seek validation from others. But lately, I’ve realized my mistakes and I want to correct them. I don’t want to live this type of lifestyle, I want to seek something more. Don’t let me down now, I have sacrificed today for you, I’m counting on you bro. See you after summer break.
