So yeah, ive ended up liking this song now. I appreciate that its quite calm, and it also works as background music pretty well. It doesnt fit the atmosphere like most splatfest songs, so thats my main gripe with it. For some reason, off the hook’s music in this game has been chronically empty (and that includes side order)

i don't know why but this version of color pulse sounds like a pool party song rather than a splatfest song. still cool though, it kinda reminds me of summer

Am I the only one who doesn't mind the new version? I feel like the instrumental fits more of their current vibe, rather than marina just pulling the old song. It has more variance to the beats which keeps things interesting.
