WORST NOISE SHIFTS ON 80 METER BAND AND OTHER BANDS, CAUSE = UNKNOWN.

This is the worst noise shift i have experianced in My life, not listsnable, just trash audio, every second all spectdum just drops and then comes back buzzing, so annoying and it makes me angry that i dont know why such thing started to hapen, i changed antennas, changed sdr, Nothing changed, all the same, im using 20,30,40 meter passibe low pass filter znd samsung flio as computer for running the rtlsdrv3, this is the result at night. if You have any idea on why its doing such annoying thing,let Me know in comments
