    Fun Fact: If you draw an infinite symbol with the cycloop then for a brief time you'll have an infinite boost gauge. You actually did it by accident in the sumo fight towards the end of the fight. Notice how the boost meter shows as "infinite" for a while.

    I think the advantage of having a larger ring capacity is when you become Super Sonic, the rings you've gathered are depleted as a timer, so if you have a bigger maxed out ring capacity, you have more time as Super Sonic to defeat the Titans. Also when you get hit you loose a certain amount of the rings you've gathered, so it's beneficial to have more rings so you can afford to take a hit or two just in case.
  • The soundtrack in this game is incredible, nothing new for Sonic games of course but it remains totally distinctive from the rest of the series imo, and the bosses are easily some of the biggest highlights. Each one does have its own unique theme while fighting them. Good stuff!

  • Just so you know, parrying isnt a timing thing, just hold the buttons and you parry. If the attack is parryable then it will connect. So if you hold it early just wait while holding them so you dont drop the parry stance at the last second. I think what you're doing is trying to use parry as you get hit but thats not how it works. If you played alot of fighting/action games that use parry then I can understand since 99% of them use a timing based parry so this throws you off a bit.
  • Hey Dan, make sure to keep checking if your difficulty is set to hard! If you die several times in a row, the game’s gonna change your difficulty back to normal without any warning or your consent.

    There are 2 things I think they should change: 1) In Normal Difficulty they should give more pointers that you can hold the button to parry and that it works vs titans. Make it more clear. 2) In hard mode parry should be timed to add to the challenge.
  • The open-world thing def reminds me of the Spider-Man games, just running around, collecting stuff, and doing side quests

  • I swear the fact that you can hold the parry is surreal. I'm used to parrying because of botw so I was confused on why the parry felt unresponsive. Apparently you have to hold it lmao.

  • During the super sonic fights, the auto combo skill is super useful for quickly defeating the titans, but I understand if you don’t use it either since it’s a better test of your skills
  • This series is literally so hype and awesome, I'm super glad that dan found this game and absolutely destroyed it
  • Circle size doesn’t matter for rings when farming, it’s faster to make smaller cyclops and more efficient
