Thanks to our friends at XL Leasing we spent a few weeks with their uncompromising Viper ACR. Made for wide open racetracks we decided to take it out of its comfort zone and find out what it's like on real roads in the heart of the Peak District.

The most underrated car for the last few years.
  • @kickyadick
0:40 water going thru Viper ACR’s real vents. (BMW Zupra has left the chat)
  • Everything that people want in a super car these days was in a viper from the start. I want a N/A engine: viper track focused car: viper Car that feels like it wants to kill me: Viper. I watch a lot of reviews about cars and not one YouTuber has ever mentioned a viper. People will realize how special that car was one day.

ACR is even better on track when it's properly optimised with 9.0 Liter 825 hp engine and modified gear ratios. On track only Senna is a competitor. How do I know? I've got one!
  • @KeenanStyles
I need a ACR in my life 😩 the ACR was actually the inspiration behind my build. Front engine, analog, violent, RWD, time attack set up with a lot of aero. When you're too broke to get a ACR get a Supra lol.
  • I own a stock '93 Dodge Viper, it doesn't have the power of an acr but it has zero driving aids. Regularly take it onto the peak district, literally no other car on the planet I'd rather be in! Review is spot on about driving a Viper on UK roads 👍
  • @CHUUMPASS
this American machine has established a number of track records on race tracks , it puts many so called hypercars to shame. insane performance, pure, raw and powerful no nonsense.
  • The fastest car on Nurburgring with a Front mid engines layout,a manual gear box and a big engine ! But R.I.P Viper ! F....k challenger !
  • @KoKoTee
As a happy and lucky owner of a '17 Viper ACR myself, I can only agree with the comments! It's brutal, it's out to kill you, it's loud and its ALL in your hands! I track mine quite a bit and have a few videos up. I will be posting more soon where you can see me creeping up on GT3 RSs like it's nothing. Bottom line, it's a HELLUVA fun ride!

One of the best looking and sickest cars every made! It's gorgeous and analogue, it's hard to get better than that!
  • @TheTeddyFPS
I have never wanted anything more than this car. Ultimate dream car!
  • @awumbacha
I have always loved vipers. Their looks alone deserve all the love. They are just as unique as porsche 911s
  • @sprintermaximus
I'd sell my 911 for a Viper Acr in a heartbeat. I always look for them. Can't quite afford it, but love the review. It's a fantastic car. Saw a bunch in Italy a couple years ago, and the noise is fantastic.

This car is one of my dream cars and it is a modern-day classic. I can't get enough of that car and that amazing 6-speed manual just makes it that much more special. It was a very sad day when these went out of production. I hope to own one one day. Great video. Very well done!

Oh. My. God. You drove the Carrega GT recently, which is my second place in my podium, below the F50...well, this one has the third place there! I was shocked by the Nurburgring video, the car had potential to make a sub-seven lap (the gearbox alone added a few seconds, it drove me crazy!). The effort was possible via crowdfunding made by owners and fans around the world! How crazy is that? The video brought tears to my eyes...a beautiful story. Thank you for this upload! Waiting for the F50! :-D
  • Well that was a lovely way to spend 10 minutes while I eat my pancakes. 🥞
  • @MrSambor
The last of its kind 🦄 Absolutely magic car! I have to have one ♥️🏁🚘
