  • as i am watching this, my father just came in the room and said what the hell are you watching, then said some racial things. i am torn, to ignore him or to reason. i can not figure out. Sadhguru just said "to do what ever the hell i want" i choose to accept his beleifes as his own but to not let it effect my current mood, i chose to continue enjoing the words of Sadhguru

Sadhguru aside, to all you beautiful souls in the comments section: Sometimes stupid decisions that I made/bad events that happened to me turnt out to be the BEST things that happened to me. It’s so comforting for me personally to know that failing (within legal boundaries lol) can be GREAT things. And reversely getting what I wanted also led to disastrous consequences

His voice is so calming and pleasant🙂

Reminded me of how I used to be in this state of full involvement in my childhood. Also I was totally free of judgement, and loved everyone, even people now I would have a really hard time doing so. This I learned to see the world in right and wrong...

I think he's saying to be fully present in all things, similar to what Eckhart Tolle says. This is the best and most fulfilling way to live. Everyone now is so distracted and life is so complicated and people are stressed out, confused and unhappy. We all need to slow down!

I love him. And I love how he always says, "Hello?" :) Grateful for this wisdom 🙏 "Do whatever the hell you want!"

"You must be able to do what you can do to the best of your ability, that is the right thing to do in your life." Hello!
  • @YunaOo
Eckhart Tolle the power of now = sadhguru involvement 😍

Such a trap we set for ourselves at times right? I can remember when i was looking for a job, and i thought 'yes, once i find a job then i will be much more satisfied, because i am making better use of myself, and others will think of me more highly!". Got a job, and after a year, i found myself dissatisfied, ungrateful and miserable. I learned very quickly, that no amount of external anything will give life, if you don't know the life that is you first. Once I realized i am the very life worth living, it matters not what "purpose" or "job", or even "I"dentity - only be totally present and life will meet whatever you are.

In other words - pay full attention. It is connecting with the present moment and making a habit out of it. And when you pay full attention, you will also be aware whether 'it works or not' - which is nothing but whether I moved towards my desire or not. In a way, you are always progressing towards your desires - either visibly positively, or adjusting (learning) from each and every action, interaction.

Pure brilliance - Sadghuru somehow manages to use different words to suit the different minds of different people. I found 'resistance' in me when I heard 'Be like God' And then when he said ( speaking of marriage) 'Be like God ... be a silent partner!' every grain of whatever was resistance was dissolved ! My time here is never wasted ... thanks you !

  • “Being responsible is taking ownership of your life. It means you have taken the first radical step to becoming a complete human being—fully conscious and fully human. In taking responsibility and beginning the journey toward conscious living, you are putting an end to the age-old patterns of assigning blame outward or heavenward. You have begun the greatest adventure life has to offer: the voyage inward.” ―     Sadhguru,   Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy

I have so much respect for this man.  As a seeker of perennial truth, it seems as if Sadhguru is a harvest from a thousand wishful dreams come true.  His words usher in simplicity to replace a quagmire of complex confusion that has potentially clouded out happiness in our modern technological times.
