Intermittent Fasting Update - Brain Health For Multiple Sclerosis

Published 2022-06-10
I have been doing intermittent Fasting for nearly a year now. I am learning more about foods, the gut and the brain which helps me to understand what I could do a bit differently to get better results - especially where energy is concerned.

I absolutely love fasting and it has become part of my life now and its actually so simple once you realise you don't have to stick to the same ridget routine with food and eating habits. If there are days when I'm hungry, I'll eat! Simple as that. Its now about what works for me and that can be the same for you too.

It's all about working around what's best for you.

  • Quick update on my experience with intermittent fasting and what I've learnt on my journey over the past 9 months
  • It happens!!! I fast for a top of 3 days consecutively every month... what I learned as adolescent was the benefits of fasting. I notice my mind gets clearer, I make vegetable juice (baby spinach, carrot, and I'll eat an apple). You're very on point with this video!!! I've learned, rest when you're body says REST/SLEEP. Someone's I'll also use an herbal supplement to help as well. Fast whenever your body tells you it's time to let the whole digestive system rest!! πŸ™πŸ’―πŸ’–πŸ’ͺ

There's an even better version of Intermittent Fasting called Warrior diet, IF actually originates from it (probably). It's basically the same as IF, just that the main meal is dinner and you eat it in a large group in front of fire, be marry, drink, watch games... Sadly todays primitive society frowns upon such ancient nuggets of wisdom. I got arrested at an All you can eat buffet after I got in a fight with some other patrons, burned down my table and tried to bed the serving wench 😞

When you mention atrophy du you mean autophagy? When the body "cleans up" by "eating" all dead cells and cell fragments rather than leave them lying around potentially polluting the body, giving your body the rest between meals that it needs to go around recycling all the dead stuff and breaking it down. Is that what you're referring to. Apoptosis (death of damaged cells) and autophagy (literally self-eating) If not, please explain why you mean when you're encouraging atrophy. Because i think of atrophy as a really bad thing!. A wasting away of good muscle tissue πŸ˜• Please do a video about foods that you include and ones that you avoid, thanks πŸ™
