I think this question can be answered by the clip where Ru told Sasha “I’m the mfing queen of drag, I’m amazed by you”. She was always going to win the season, and deservedly so.

Sasha vs Sapphira would be fun, BUT Sasha would eat her up on the dance floor. Sapphira isn’t a great lip sync queen. If every LSFYL was judged solely on performance, Sapp wouldn’t even be in the finale.

In season 15, yes she was "unbeatable". If we look at all competitors, I don't think she is unbeatable. It would definitely depend on the challenges and favouritism.

In my opinion, nobody on the recent seasons of drag race is Sasha's peer in terms of drag. The closest is Sapphira, but even though they have a similar skillset, Sasha has more polish to her drag and is a better performer.

Sasha Colby truly is one of the greats of Drag Race. I mean Sasha Velour said she had no interest in an all-winner season but then after Sasha won she said she would do an all winners season if Sasha Colby was on it.
