This is a long time coming. My first true buyers guide based on some very popular micro prism's from Primary Arms. All of these are very good for what they are. The big question is, which one is best for you?

Now what we need is a 4x GLX full size with the 5x style reticle and amazing glass under 14oz.

This is one of the best videos that explains optics that I've ever seen. Usually they don't show the reticle when talking about scopes but the way you put this together was easy to see and understand. Thank you for an excellent video.
  • Truely good info. Just found this and have been intrigued in these optics for a long time. Best in-depth stuff out there for sure.

Doing CQB with 20” rifles with ACOGs on top really shows that an offset dot isn’t necessary. Very basic practice can get you proficient at CQB with magnified optics. Save the weight and just run it.

  • @JasonJBonar
Nice job, very informative for a great line of optics.

Outstanding thank you ! New to the prism concept - I needed your expertise here, it has helped me narrow my need to the 3x . Love your approach and no nonsense rapid fire prose . Bravo.

I can’t believe I just found your channel. I have a handful of gun tubers who I subscribe to regarding firearms and accessories reviews. Yours is probably one of the best regarding optics! I just bought the GLX 2x prism based on your evaluation and my needs. Two things I’ll add as my go to rifles all have ACOG’s in either TA33 (3x) or TA31 (4x). Target Identification - for sure with higher magnification, better target identification. I don’t compete but use my rifles as tools and I carry a 8x monocular or 10x compact binoculars with me. This does a much better job of target identification in real world situations. Close Quarters Work - with ACOG’s and keeping both eyes open you can be effective at very close distances. And, transitioning to primary and secondary sides is just as effective with prisms if you train to it. Excellent reviews and I look forward to your future stuff!

Thank you for the thorough and specific horizontal review on products coming from one single manufacture. I think we need more videos like this than just comparing products from different companies because each company can have many options too and sometimes people get confused and struggled.

Very well done and informative video, You made it easy to understand what each offered, Pros and Cons, and then situations where you felt each would shine. I just picked up my 1st Pcc and one of the 1st things i wanna do is optics. this video gave a lot of solid info that was easy to follow, even for newbie like myself.

Fantastic video. Informative in all the right ways.
  • @deathpigguitars
Thanks for a fantastically informative vid, have been mulling over the x3 or x5 for a specific comp build, very helpful to see that difference in the size of the view and the field of view, invaluable!
  • @gusatl2068
Thanks for the comprehensive breakdown. I have a friend in the fence with his purchase.
