Anyone else neglected their body inside and outside for so long that you're now overwhelmed with all the things you need to do to get it back where you want? 🙄🙄

When I told my boyfriend I was watching Dr Dray he thought it was the rapper 🤣

I swear to God this woman reads my Google and YouTube searches. Everytime I have a concern she posts a video the next day, or week. Insane!

Dr Dray: Might be a year until you see results Me: cries
  • I got laser hair removal on my arm pits because I used to get irritation and discoloration. It was the best decision! I don't have discoloration or razorburn ever. It might sound silly but it has been life changing. I can wear sleeveless tops now and not feel self conscious.

After losing 86lbs the darkness in my neck and armpits has improved drastically but I definitely needed to see this!

The thing that has helped me the most, which I was super reluctant to do, is to stop using a wash cloth/loofah. I’ve always felt like I wasn’t washing well enough if I wasn’t scrubbing, but ironically that is what was causing the hyperpigmentation.
  • What really helped me was reducing frequency of shaving and eventually getting laser hair removal. Especially as someone prone to hyperpigmentation. Thanks Dr Dray ☺️

THIS WAS AMAZING! As you mentioned, many people with medium to tan to tan deep skin experience this such as myself. Will try this out and talk with my colleagues about it! Love the informative video. Thank you!

your channel is so helpful in sooooo many ways, ive been focusing a lot more on my skin and treating my skin problems (dark armpits, back acne, keratosis pilaris) and youre the most insightful channel ive found! thank you for listing products also! it means a ton <3
  • Dr. Dray - can you make a video talking about general healthy underarm hygiene? Maybe walk through your routine for treating underarms? This one seems geared toward fixing the pigmentation but I would just like to hear what you do in the AM/PM, how often to shave, mositurize, deodorize, etc. And thank you for your videos!

So, basically, 1. Treat the rash 2. Wash with acne body wash and a soft cloth 3. Use a sharp razor that is nickel free with conditioner to shave 4. Use anti perspirant that is odorless and good for sensitive skin. And if this fails, see a dermatologist.

Love that you were truthful about when the results will show

Armpit sunning 😂😂😂 gives a new meaning to “where the sun don’t shine” ☀️
  • @adiba60096
The Vanicream deodorant is genuinely so worth it. When they say unscented they mean it. And even with it being unscented it works so well to keep BO in check. Also it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin.
  • @rissadayo
I’ve been waiting for this one 😭🧍🏻‍♀️Turn it up!

Great to point out the need for patience with skin care. How long should we expect to see results from retinols(cerave)
