200 years design: we felt that Nocturne was lacking a bit of power so we mega buffed all his abilities and his passive

Not kidding, the enemy PoV would be insanely good except for the full black. It'd be better if that was a little bit faint black.

it would be really cool if, for his rework, they made it so that whenever he dashed at someone with his ult, all enemies would see him doing it to them, but obviously only one of them would actually be getting attacked

I like the concept of "paranoia effect". It could be done in a way where you see nocturne fake dashing on you (like fiddle trinket), or see champions on the enemy team approaching you and you not knowing who is real and who is not.

I think if that version of Noct's ult would be tweaked in normals and have all the 'visions' be semi-real mirrors of enemy champions, it would really be something else

His ult should also have a chance of causing people to see Teemo laughing in the back ground along with fiddle, shaco, and him.

Abilites changing with rank is a really awesome idea! I wish riot would make abilities that change like yours do, which would incentivize spreading out your points more instead of mindlessly maxing one ability after the other.

i actually really like that tracking q idea. If they removed the damage and made it a pure movespeed and ad buff to enhance his chase that would great in this mobility creep meta and help do away with the "one shot from off screen" shit.
