They should add a lot of stuff to career mode this not gonna cut it; like trophy room to see your achievements and what you've won throughout the years, remove the unrealistic transfer market scouting, add POV camera to Player career, add cut scenes to manager career to make you feel like you're the managers like you get included in the trophy celebrations .... they should also bring back searching players by ratings so you could find the new talents that emerged and the best current players and buy them or exchange them plus money you don't have time to send a scout for each one.
