Do you think you could handle a career in crab fishing?
-
I swear, crab fishing is THE most dangerous job on the water! I still miss Phil from the Cornelia Marie...
-
As a commercial fisherman for 45 years …drugs are killing guys every day .
-
I remember the death of Phil Harris back in 2010. Very sad.
-
Phil Harris was one of my faves from the show
-
Lots of drugs to kill fear, loneliness and lack of sleep.
-
Phil Harris was my favorite. Show wasnt same after.😢
-
My uncle was a crab fisherman in the Bearing Sea. I had no idea what he did until the show came out. I always had respect for what he did, but when I saw the show, my respect for him and all crews that do this job went through the roof.

Jake Anderson is now the captain of the TITAN EXPLORER!

Life is tough but some people are too tough for life. RIP to all those who died too early.
-
Its called deadliest catch for a reason unfortunately
-
As a past viewer of Deadliest catch the death of Phil from the Cornelia Marie was a tragic moment. Sometimes I’ll remember old episodes. RIP to all whom have passed on the show and fishermen everywhere especially up there on the Bering Sea.

Mavar suing the boat he worked on for decades just seems wrong. The Hansens always treated him like part of their family, he was one of their most loyal guys, I find it hard to believe he'd just turn around and sue them.

Alot of my buddies fish with these guys, I know Jake and Josh personally, their dad Phil bought my grandpas house on Echo Lake... I've had beers with them at a local watering hole in Monroe, Wa..... it was really sad to see how their legacy fell apart....
-
I couldnt watch the show after Phil pasted. Still cant😢

The risks and sacrifices these fishermen endure are unimaginable. This video does an excellent job of highlighting the human side of the 'Deadliest Catch' stories. It’s a poignant reminder of the price of our seafood industry.

One of the most intriguing programs I have ever seen up close and personal! And of course like ice road truckers one of the deadliest jobs in the world! 🎆🚨😨😢😞
-
RiP Nick...Still missing you Phil 😢
-
Thanks. ✌🏻👊🏼

This is why crab is so expensive
