Did FNC just cut off Congressman for his Paris accord comments?

Florida's 19th District Congressman Francis Rooney was just interviewed by Arthel Neville. In his closing remarks he complimented President Trump for pulling USA out of the Paris climate agreement. The look on Arthel's face suggests her producer was telling her to end the interview after the Congressman's comments as if she was surprised. If she hadn't made that face, the interview time would have maybe just been over as scheduled.

If my impression is correct, why would FNC not want to air a Congressman supporting Trump on the exit from the Paris accords?
