I agree that Benedetta is glued together well. Intensely engaging film I saw at our local indie theater, and you could have heard a pin drop. Far better than a film like has the right to be.

"Don Jon" and "The Escort" are on my special favorites DVD shelf. I could (and probably will) watch each of these films a hundred more times.

Darren, I have to ask you a question. Have you ever watched the 1999 Japanese horror film "Audition", directed by Takashi Miike. After watching many of your lists, I wondered if this was one you had seen or recommended. I had the dvd a long time ago but it got lost during one of my moves. I'm in the process of getting another copy from Japan directly, but I just wanted to know if you had seen it or heard about it.

Another great thing about True Lies, is the fact the Jamie Lee Curtis did her own stunt in the "limo bridge" scene, where she was hanging from the helicopter. Awesome scene as well.!.!.!

Wait till Blue Is The Warmest Color comes to Hulu. It will top the rankings for years to come. Having said that it is an amazing film.

Darren I agree with your review of Shame. I had the same reaction to it and as a woman, I can say I look at sex addiction differently now. My heart bleeds for people that are chasing an orgasm to deal with emotional pain in their lives. Sex even when thry don't want it, but feel compelled. Leaving family, ftiends and associates confused by their behavior. Since I don't have work tomorrow I am going to binge watch two movies from your list right now.😘

Good god in heaven. Never in a million years was I expecting the movie Border to be on this list!!!!! I did really enjoy that movie but wouldn't have put it on THIS list. 😜I am quite relieved to hear you are not a sex addict.
