So coincidentally Styko also released a video today where he listed out every CT position and ranked them on a tier list. Very similar concept so if you enjoyed this I highly recommend checking that video out too!

1:30 this is the moment i knew i am watching the youtuber which is best for me thanks for the positions mate , I always play connector and cat because i find it comfortable for me

Only one I disagree with is Nuke. Outside is essentially the 'mid' of Nuke. Allowing access to both bombsites and outside. It's also one of the most contested areas of the map with there nearly always being some kind of outside presence. Not to mention it's one of the most difficult places to play, with the T's throwing all sorts of utility to take it, including a bunch of smoke walls, and having silo for a pretty strong second angle. You also have a fast rotate through secret for any B execute and can push into Lobby from behind the odd round. The only real weakness to the position is an A execute as main will often be smoked.

  • You have done a great job with your videos. I also see that you are humble because you mention other people's content. Keep up the good work!
  • awesome vid, u clearly know what youre talking about. im faceit 10 but i usually solo q and play whatever position im most comfortable with, i might try to change it up a bit!
  • @NickBeanDrums
After watching, it just clicked that I've actually played 3 of 4 faceit games with you back in March. Super cool stuff you're doing here!
  • @partridgio
enjoyed the vid bro rly helpfull and can you plz make a in depth game sense guide🙏🙏

If you play D2 properly, Cat isnt necesarily a position. The position ur refering to is called A rotator and frankly other than covering mid from CT and cat while the long take is happening, this player really is a "I rotate where needed" kind of guy, who mainly is there to help mid and cat. Now he is the guy who might take cat or will get boosted/push it sometimes, but its not necesarily a role to "just" be cat. For reference to this, check LIM-CS POV's video "Team Device vs Team Donk" and Voo's video "you're STILL Playing Dust2 WRONG".

This is a video I expect to see from someone with 100k subs. You deserve 100k
  • 5:09 That Ropz flash is nasty :_Skull: and in my last Vertigo match, we lost barely because the T's had superior mid control, so I'm kicking myself for not knowing about that HE nade lineup before... 😭
  • @saschago5600
Cool video! For nuke I prefer to play squeeky/main. You can help outside, squeeky or drop vent and help outside from secret or cover B
  • @julianeder4699
For nuke i would say heaven (the spot above hut in particular) is the best position as it allowes you to get an early read on any sort of enemy movement aswell as your enemies weaponry to prevent your heaven or outside player from taking a fight against a silo camper and his buddies while also allowing you to coordinate a counterrush should an awper jump down from silo. Last but not least its also a prime position to rush both hut and damage any vent rusher all while keeping you concealed from the entire front half of the a bombsite
