I love having 2x teleconverter for my Canon ef 70-200 f2.8 is usm II. I recommend using 2x teleconverter only with lenses which has atleast f2.8 or else you loose too much light and pictures look blurry and unfocused.

Using the 2-second timer option is still better then the shutter release control.

I have the Tamron 18-400 and on my crop sensor Canon 80D I get like 640mm for a budget, the images are fine but not great even on my Canon EOS R.

I have a sigma 120-400mm which in my M50 will be 640mm at the tele end with the crop factor and with this converter will be 1280mm!!! that'll be interesting, hehe
