Maybe I am a minority but I feel like there is a massively neglected silent keyboard market. I am really not a fan of clacky keyboards, I am much more impressed by quieter keyboards than louder ones - especially when working in an office.

What's confusing here is that a silent keyboard is ideal for many office environments. However many office jobs require numpad usage, so why isn't this keyboard offered with a numpad?

I'm very new to this hobby, but the thing that makes the biggest impact in quieting my own keyboard is present in every video, but never mentioned: what the keyboard is sitting on! I don't have a desk pad so I use layers of very thin packing foam cut to the keyboard dimensions. Have you ever done a video on eliminating the transfer of vibration from keyboard to desk?

Those Kailh switches look like they're a recolour to the Kailh HUSH switches I bought a while back. They're pretty nice silent switches and quite smooth as they're factory lubricated. They are definitely more complex than most other switch designs and it was a struggle getting it back together when I disassembled one!

I like that this one is stock! I got a similar sound from a Epomaker EK68 with Gamakay Pegasus switches I use for University. No modding needed, just switch a swap, and the switches don't feel squishy like usual silents

Vanilla. Did the smell maybe come from the rubber piece? Thank you for showing us the internals. It is indeed an interesting design!
  • @Ronnebaum
this one with the possibility to modify the case (especially the color scheme) would be so awesome, sadly all of these schemes won't fit to any other colors I have in my setup right now.

that colorway is bomb I know there are alot of blue keycaps but with that bezel! also Josie is such a pure person.
  • @MarquisKurt
I just got this keyboard today, and it's really amazing! This video must've been enough to convince me to finally scratch the silent mechanical keyboard itch I've been having for a long while since using the MX Mechanical Mini from Logitech

If you are looking for silent switches I can highly recommend Outemu cream yellows (v1 or V2) or the newer jade yellows. They're dead silent and can be bought for like 15 cents a switch. The quality is like a Gazzew since they use the same molds. Throw them in a cheap board like a GAS67 or better a GMK67. Great board to carry to work.
  • @MarcoCarag
Haha definitely looks like you could use some pry tools - or at least anything other than super sharp metal tweezers. 😂 But thanks as always for going the extra length to see inside!

Thank you Josie, you’re the best!! No really tho thank you for this video!! I’m looking for a new keyboard for college and I love this!
  • @maxmouse3
Very cool. I want to see this gasket mount in other keyboards (+ easier to open)

built my first keyboard today. its got some issues, but i dont have the time right now to fix them. sounds pretty good for stock switches
  • @BUM00001989
nice one actually! we need more of the quietest bluebell review! does it feel scratchy? how is the stabilizer?
  • @konradlindblad7860
I bought the Logi Craft keyboard just because its quiet and still has good feel to it. I wish there were more quiet keyboards to choose from, this video is perfect for me. :)
  • @mikeoleksa
It's a really nice looking keyboard. I'm partial to blue and white themes, though I have an Asus Azoth that I vinyl wrapped the top frame in white carbon fiber and replaced the keycaps with a blue and white set. If it wasn't for the OLED screen, you'd never know it was the Asus Azoth keyboard.

I'm lactose intolerant, and I'm a sucker for blueberry icecream. Lactose or not. There's also some weird raspberry+salt licorice icecream around here that really hits the spot too.
