    I am so excited to see your videos. I live in Reno, born in the US, but my ancestors are originally from Asturias. I am leaving to Spain and Portugal in a couple of weeks. My family is from a very small area called Siero, Spain. Can’t wait try this wonderful food!

    as Jose says..." thats the great thing about cooking ...any dish somehow can bring you back to another country.." I live in boston mass... tomorrow I will find monkfish and travel through cooking to asturias!!
