Trevor retired from Mortgage Banking in 2018. He brought the standards he developed in his mortgage financing career along with his customer service background with the once famous "Crazy Eddie" retail chain to assist business owners and entrepreneurs manage the day-to-day doldrums when it came to securing business financing before & during COVID.

Is is possible that a class action lawsuit comes out of this mess?

I called today after getting my payments caught up on the SBA portal and they told me to now enroll in the Hardship. I was charged off in Sept 2023. I went in found the Hardship Enrollment and enrolled. It said I should be updated within 48 hours.

I received a bill from the SBA saying I owed them 20,833! I thought it was a scam letter and was going to throw it out, because I never borrowed or received any help from SBA. I took it to my tax person and they said I should call on it because it looked legit. I made the call and OMG!! I don't know where to go or who to believe anymore. The contact number on the form comes back as a scam on some google searches, Im not sure who to believe anymore.

I got an EIDL loan through SBA... Not happy about the "EXTRA" collection tactics by the US Treasury in the last month, to put it mildly. They are intercepting small payments from Medicare for services provided and there was no warning before they started doing that!

We need your help. SBA erroneously sent our loan to Treasury and told us there is nothing they can do to recall it. We can't get ahold of anyone at Treasury. Now a collections company is calling daily. How can we get your dispute package today?

Hello Hello.. My portal sayed charged off and in February 2024I called after never receiving any Connunication.. They put marked as current and setup Payment plan.. My portal now sayes current.. Hmmmm
