  • @imyourntnk.
In my opinion ; the way she plays words with white people's racist messages. That thinks white Asia must be Japanese, Chinese or Korean, Lisa teaches me Japanese. She answered hei AND pay with Thai greetings, damnnn she is so deep. Even the scene that extra was were the white hoodie it’s also referring to the word Asian are all the same cause western can’t see the difference between them woooooo it’s 🔥

Rockstar = Free spirit. She is fighting the Asian stereotype, and doing it in style.

At first I didn’t like it but the more I listened to it the more obsessed I am with it. It’s so perfect for her.

You know, when some of the Western people see Asians, they don’t know what type of Asians they are, so they randomly say aren't you Japanese/Chinese!? I personally think, when Lisa said "Lisa, can you teach Japanese?" she meant how Western people categorised her without knowing her ethnicity correctly. But since She's a queen & a language genius, she replied to them "Hai! Hai".

Some Koreans used to look down on her cuz she is from South East Asia, said she looks like lady boy, blamed her cuz she got a tiny tattoo and blablablaaaa. Now she puts everything here and it’s gonna be a hit! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

When I listen to her song, I cried , I can feel her freedom in this music
  • @AifDaimon
She filmed the first part of this MV in a part of Thailand named Chinatown, and apparently, she paid each of the shopowners along that stretch 20K baht (USD600) so they could close earlier for the 1 or 2 days that she filmed there. Also, 3 of the people the camera zoomed in on at about the halfway mark are 3 famous Thai transwomen. Overall, these details further solidify not only how proud Lisa is of her Thai heritage, but also that she's a staunch ally of the LGBTQ community (last Friday of Pride Month, btw!! And just a few days ago, Thailand legalised marriage equality)
