Ryan, I love your book and it’s 2:30AM and I’m up right now just landed a client that did $1.75M worth of annuities ($87,500 paycheck to me). Normally I would just take that win but I also prospected and got a dozen additional referrals that could conservatively generate another $10M in gross sales. Thanks for everything you do, especially these vlogs!

Consistency is so crucial in business. The real estate market is constant peaks and valleys, it's easy to get discouraged when things are down and let our work effort drop. What you said about continuing doing the correct things, just do them more often is spot on!

Not sure if you have done this before but I think it would be cool to see a video of you back in your old home town and just to show the "where I came from" and maybe take stops at the store you ran out of when you had your card declined etc. The stories you give are great, but I feel like to see the physical reality just adds to your own story. Like in the book you've covered different people and events and to see it in its actual form is pretty interesting! Anyway like the many other people have said, thanks so much for putting this content out there and I wish nothing but more success for you and your team. Also I loved the editing done by the camera guy, some real nice shots!

Ryan great job! You're absolutely right - you go through your work with a fantastic attitude and so much motivation, energy and gratitude. How can I do that when I'm still at the bottom of the ladder in my career, make big mistakes and are less knowledgable than all my coworkers/peers? How can I get into that A+ mindset? I have just read your book for the 4th time. I sell bankruptcy packages to people that have gotten themselves into serious financial trouble. I have gone from the worst seller to the best within 2 months. Thank you for changing my life 🤜🏻🤛🏻 (It’s all ethical selling of course I would never send someone bankrupt if they didn’t need too)
