I feel a little differently about this ->> The guy was doing what he was probably taught in training. If anything this is on DISNEY for not having a proper communication tool to let employees know what’s going on. I’m sure people do this ALLL the time trying to get “the shot” without any permission or paying for special privileges. If anything it should be something they look back & laugh about. We’ve gotten to wrapped up in the importance of the “perfect engagement moment” or weddings that are more about an IG shot then the actual marriage. This gentleman probably makes minimum (or close to) wage & every time a entry level employee makes a small mistake. The responsibility is fully thrust on them. While the people at the top get to maneuver around accountability. They just fire the low wage worker, apologize & continue on doing things as they have always done things.

Been to DisneyLand? There are literally dozens of employees in that area alone not including vendors. Looks like the couple had been up there long enough to have a pretty large and supportive crowd watching them and yet just that one guy was compelled to be the joy-police and ruin this couples' once in a lifetime moment. What a d***.
