My speedrun of Ao Oni done in 17:37 in 7 segments.
Something important : (SPOILER)
The code in the piano room is random.
The code can be : 915/176/679... and others But I generally have them.
The code was 9761 so on the piano was written 176.
5376 is the jail code, it's always the same.
The code in the attic was 528.
The bookmark code is always the same again : 1237
The code of the paints is RYYBYR. Red;Yellow,Blue.
The pew code is Right, Left, Down left, Up left, Down ight, Up right.
The study room code is 3045.
At 15:20 The guy under the floor didn't appear when you moves along the wall.
No random Ao oni almost perfect run, some little mistakes like in the chapel.

Imagine how scary it would be for the monster, you trap a random group of kids in your mansion and one of them knows the exact layout and where everything is including secret passages and the codes to all safes and puzzles

for such an old game this was a genius way of scaring people, takuro changing into ao oni and you noticing by checking your party along with the sudden 2 frame animations of ao oni just appearing randomly is sudden as heck

That part where you find the oni in the menu scared me so much as a kid. It's still kinda unsettling if you aren't ready just because menus are supposed to be safe. Although I guess it could also be funny
