Originally founded as a small mining town in the mid-1800s, Cairns has since evolved into a thriving city with a population of just over 150,000 people.

I used to live in Cairns in 1989. Wow how it has changed. I miss it there so much but may be coming back within the year. It was such a small town when I left. I canโt get over how itโs blossomed.
