Moving trailers or devices with a hook can be very tiring and tiring, so we decided to make a vehicle that will make life easier.
We used generally available elements such as
Broken wheelchair motors
Wheels from ATV
Gel batteries
Motorcycle sprockets
Self-aligning bearings
Wiper motor

Dolly is very strong and agile. The batteries should last for about 30 minutes, which is sufficient for normal use.

  • A few answers to frequently asked questions :) The charging port is on the top cover, forgot to show it. The batteries last for about half an hour of driving. The maximum weight of a trailer or machine is approximately 500 kg / 1100 lbs.

I enjoy watching your new build slowly come together, but one thing I appreciate the most is seeing you use what you made in a past video, to help complete the new build. It confirms that they weren't simply gimmicks that were thrown together to make a video for subs/$ like some channels do. Well done as always.

My dad started out his career as a machinist for Caterpillar. Watching these machines work is fascinating.

For anyone curious how to mig weld. There is usually a datasheet sticker with settings related to volts and wire feed speed. Just know the size of wire and check it out on the sticker. More expensive machines will guarantee this sticker is included. As far as gas flow it should be set to 20 cfh (cubic feet per hour) or 10 Lpm (liters per minute). If there is wind set 10 cfh higher or 5 Lpm adjustments. Er70s-6 is standard wire

That's ingenious! I bet he built that from scratch without any blueprints. Slightly overbuilt but anything worth building is worth over building. Well done my Polish brother. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  • 35 seconds in EVERYTHING I have seen so far would make my life easier.

I am not a machinist. I had to watch this. A craftsman doing his thing at this skill level is a thing to behold. We have several trailers at our business - gonna share this with the boss.
  • Very handy little machine and really enjoyed this build !! All custom built and amazing !! You will find nothing better for sale anywhere !!πŸ‘πŸ‘
  • @tjkoker
Pure genius, my friend. It's good to have you back!
  • I have no need for this type of implement. I have no welding skills or lathe equipment. I have no reason to watch this video. HOWEVER... I couldn't quit watching!!! Absolutely phenomenal!
  • @alanmartinez45
Really think splitting the shaft and putting an extra 2 bearings is the way to go, other than that seems like a really nice build! Probably will take some inspiration from it!
  • @Subgunman
Nice build! Wish I had this back in the day when I used to work with concessions trailers, made spotting them a breeze! I do like the welding clip around the 13:30 minute mark, cut that segment in backwards so the sparks flew into the weld. With some modifications this would make for an excellent aircraft tug for those weekend pilots who have the pleasure of hangering their aircraft.
  • Seriously? A machine to move other machines that have never required machines to move them, previously? I thought I was going to see something. However, I still think that bubblegum deserves greater credit. He's a true machinist, but the machine???
  • @DanielOzark
Don't listen to these people... You improved your skills and gained experience, while simultaneously making an entertaining piece of content. Now you're left with a piece of equipment that outlasts a Chinese machine a hundredfold. That's a win in my book! Most people will buy crap that ends up in the landfill. Keep up the good work!
  • @Futemire
I've always know these types of devices to be called a "Mule", used them a lot to move heavy CNC machinery to location once delivered to shops. Nice to see a DIY version, thanks for sharing!
  • @BITTYBOY121
Fantastic job as always ! - It would be very cool to add a charging point somewhere on the vehicle to recharge the 2 batteries without having to take the cover off and take the batteries out of the vehicle every time they go flat and need to be recharged... Keep up the great work ! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  • There is nothing impossible to accomplish, only something possible to accomplish.
  • I'm not sure if the world is ready for this. With great power comes great responsibility.
