    I've recently found your channel and really been enjoying them. I've never done Pilates until I found your channel and now I'm very interested. I had been doing more cardio workouts with jumping and lunges as well as running but my foot got injured with plantar fasciitis so I've been trying other things to keep working out but without the high impact on my foot. But your audio is extremely soft even when I've put my volume on max, it's very hard to hear, making my exercising not as effective as I have to strain my necklace to see the video since I can't follow instructions by hearing. Please see what you can do to up the audio. Thanks you for your videos. I'm a mom of 3 and needing to get myself fit again... Weight loss isn't the issue, but toning...would love a routine I can follow each day.. Maybe 5 different ones so I can rotate and then repeat the same 5 the following week.. Maybe you could do a series.. 5 for beginners, 5 for intermediate, 5 for advanced. Anyway, thank you!!! 💕

    Love your videos. My question is about my obliques love handles and lower back area. I'm relatively thin about 127 pounds and 5'7. However I have a lot of extra skin from losing weight and having a child years ago. I have rather small limbs but my waist and love handles store so much skin and fat. I don't know what to do to get rid of it other than surgery. My question is if I focus on oblique exercises does it make my waist bigger? I've done Pilates and bar for many years and also lifted relatively heavier weights. I have an auto immune disease and my body just can't lift the weights like that anymore. I don't want to be bulky I like the longer leaned look what do you suggest? Also what type of cardio do you do? Thank you so much for everything
