Kate Bush said she wrote this song about a man and woman swapping places to clear up misunderstandings. Hearing it sung by a trans singer adds an interesting dimension to it, like Kim's version is about wanting to exchange experiences with someone who's not trans so they can better understand each other.

The original was one of my faves in my 20s. I listened to it constantly, but recently the reels & Tiktok had been over-using it to the point of almost ruining it for me, but you just saved it for me. š„ŗššāØ ALSO, I hadn't thought about it, but your vibrato is absolutely PERFECT for this song.
