Very new to the C200, but I feel all of the same things already. LOVING it! Also loving your stuff!!

I really liked that transition you did while editing to add an additional note ✅ that was slick. Thanks for the info!

Really appreciate this review after the amount of experience you've had with the C200. I loved the raw lite on a music video I shot with it. Considering buying the C200 or URSA Mini G2 for music video / doc shooting and it's great to hear you feel alright using the C200 up to 10000 iso. That's a big consideration. I only wish Canon menus were as good as BlackMagic menus. That's one little consideration holding me back from going all in on a C200

I wish they would update it to RF mount. I’m already invested into that lineup and now i just feel like it would be difficult and cost more to go into the c200 just to buy older glass. Just so when they want to come out with an RF system to sell and buy all those other lenses. Looks like i jump ship at a very pivotal moment for canon. Here goes three more years!
  • Are you kidding? What an awesome video, very entertaining! Keep up the good work, my friend!!

I'm buying one now, just needed a last opinion before pushing the button. I think it will will be very well worth to use for company demos, and corporate presentations. Thanks for covering it.

Great video! Been shooting on the C200 since pretty much as soon as they were released. What base LUT do you start with? Love the look you have. Thanks!

Oh man, you really make the raw light shine between 4.20-4.28. Very curious about your grading process! Do you do it all in premiere or do you finish up in Davinci? Do you grade from scratch or any presets/luts?

What would you say, C200 or Ursa Mini g2?
  • @chrishalili
Love the video, definitely looking at investing in a C200 even in the future. What's the impact on battery life when shooting Cinema Raw Light?

This was awesome and great timing for me because I’ve been mulling this camera over for a while. I’m a wedding shooter and I have been using the c100 mark II for a few years and love it. If my budget allows me to get the c200 , do you think the c100 mark II can still be a decent B camera for the c200? (At least until I can upgrade the B cam).

On weddings do you switch over to shoot in true 24 or just run 23.98 and 60? Then do you export in 24? Your work is amazing and inspired me to pick up a c200 a few months back.

Wonderful video man! Would love to see a set up video for your A roll the colour/tones/loghting are perfect. Do you use a black pro mist?
  • Thoughts on Canon beginning the discontinuation of many older EF lenses and how that affects Canon EF users?

Hello, you mentioned the C200 it shoots 10 and 12 bit. Does it only shoot 60fps internally (10bit) and 24fps (12 bit)? I thought it only shot 12 bit internally with cinema RAW light... Also, when you shoot in this mode with weddings do you shoot 10 or 12 bit with the cinema RAW light?
