If you’re interested in a possibly better way of doing this - instead of saving the old project into templates. Import a song into the timeline, click “m” on your keyboard anytime you want to make a cut and it will mark the audio file. Once you’ve marked the audio file using the “m” key it will automatically save to the original audio file. Then your next project when you import the mp3 it will already have all the marks on it. Bypass saving project folders with unused media and just import different saved mp3 files. You’ll find it easier to build up a large array of songs and you can easily and quickly preview the song before you use it. Big help to me doing close to 1,000 properties a year!

I honestly can’t say enough about you, I love your videos they are all so helpful and free. The day I am very successful in real estate photography I will make sure, everyone know it was because of you.❤
  • this is a big brain move! I've already done so many videos, so I will just make the template folder like you did
  • @rwisniewski80
Hi Mike, I love this idea. Did you ever consider selling those templates as a package?
  • @Adee_j___
The callouts.. like if v add a drone shot before n mid of the vidz... how the callouts can b added... by using text effects( reveal) or track objects? What is the better way
  • @gaboroot4599
sorry for so many questions. Don´t you have vignetting problems shooting at 16 mm?
  • @Gerald_G
Brilliant! I was gonna ask if you find that you’ve had to exclude some clips you really wanted to include or vice versa just due to total # of clips being different per shoot. But I’m guessing having multiple templates takes care of that.
  • @DronViajero
Thanks again! Will surely save me many hours on very private clients since I want to upload all my work on YouTube and it'll get boring with the same music 😅
  • @ELSHAKON15
I Think you can replace old videos in timeline with drag holding + option key into the timeline, then with Y set start Point of the clip
  • @dave_henz
Instead of interpret footage I would recommend speed/duration and decrease appropriately. I film @60fps and always keep my sequence at @29.97 I don’t advocate for 23.976 for real estate videos since these aren’t movies and what you want to deliver is the most pixel sharp video.
  • @julianuk3266
Wouldn't it just be easier to have the templates as a sequence with a song, with markers on the sequence? Same thing with a little less fluff to sort out.
  • @SteveDab317
Wait ..... but you never end your videos without showing us the final video 😑 lol
