Easy Way to Fix Pain From a Cervical Herniated Disc

Published 2020-03-19
Dr. Rowe shows an easy way to fix pain from a cervical herniated disc using just a TOWEL.

A cervical herniated disc is one of the main causes of a pinched nerve in the neck. Symptoms generally include sharp, shooting pains into the shoulder, arm, and hand.

THE WAY TO FIX a herniated disc is to reduce the pressure within the spinal discs... or simply decompress the disc.

That way bulging material is brought back into the spinal disc, and off the pinched nerve, allowing you to heal and have less pain.

This AT HOME traction exercise may help reduce pressure in spinal discs, giving pain relief from a pinched nerve due to a herniated disc in the neck.

It's quick, simple, and effective -- it may give pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS.

Watch now and fix pain from a cervical herniated disc QUICKLY!

4 herniated discs in my neck and 4 in lower lumbar. Despite months of therapy w/ no improvement. Now 2 yrs + later still in pain and migraines. Why did they not show me this? Immediate relief and pins and numbness in fingers started centralizing. Amazing! Thank you so much!

MY GOD. I’m 21 and I had neck pain since I’m 18, and I had an inconsequential amount of relief until I stumbled upon your videos, and after I did this it got 90% better, honestly amazing

I have had severe shoulder pain for 3 months and finally had MRI that showed cervical disc bulge and protrusion. Just did this and got INSTANT relief. Thank you so very much! 🙏

The second stretch just relieved an extremely painful pinch in the right side of my neck that was ruining my morning. Thank you so much 🙏
  • I've been running in circles since 2018 with my issue. 2022 it is now affecting my daily life. Finally found out I have a herniatied/bulging disc pushing on my nerve. I'm only in my 20s TT___TT. I AM SO SO SO SO GLAD I FOUND YOUR VIDEO. I FELT INSTANT RELIEF. My pain doesn't radiate to my arm, just hovers in the neck/shoulder area, but I cannot be more grateful to you. Legit want to cry cause I thought I would have to live with it and take meds unnecessarily.

I have 5 herniated discs C1 thru C5 with impingement and stenosis. I have learned to be extremely careful doing any type of lifting but every once in a while it gets terrible. Today was one of those days. I'm a retired RN and don't want to take pain meds if I can help it. I was searching for something I might do right away and your channel popped up. Thank goodness! I felt as if traction was the only answer but that isn't done so much anymore. I did both exercises and I can feel the relief in the middle of my back and my neck. Thank you thank yo thank you. I am going to go watch your other videos Dr. Rowe.

Woke up this morning and put a lot of pressure on one side of my back and felt a pop, then severe pain through the neck and right arm. Now we are at a numbing / tingling faze. Your videos have given me a good idea of what happened. Thank you very much. I just wish to God there were doctors of your caliber in this city, let alone state.😅
