    It's so important to give the brain a break from overthinking. This book was cool. The workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels was also a great help.
  • First and formost i was reading self development books for my personal developments now i am reading book related to boast your brain power cause core leadership skills are reevaluated for the leader of a smart team. this book really taught you core skills such as decision making and delegating, but also soft skills such as delivering good and bad news to team members and how to realise more general aims such as building trust and growing your team. advice on how to look after yourself as a team leader, how to build resilience in tough situations, but also how to develop creativity..........thanks for the sharing the summary of this book ❤

    The best way is to read the book one page at a time and writing you learn the most that way,it’s really helpful,I like this way in my opinion other people have different ways that apply their information into their head.
